    What does the landlord require from cleaning and window cleaning?

    3. The refurbishment – and eviction of the tenancy

    When we have received your key, our project manager, who is associated with the case, will first of all go through the whole case to see that everything is as described in the agreement/offer. He will set up a key box close to the tenancy, so that the various craftsmen have access to the case (key boxes are not used for fixing with screws as the landlord often does not want this).     How long before my renovation should I book you?
